I was wondering if a quad kawasaki fuel must be mixed or if it takes regular gas?

I'm not sure what model it is fourfold. I was wondering just in general? How do I tell if it is 2 or 4 stroke

Unless it's a '87 or '88 Tecate ® 4 (KXF250A1 or A2) is a 4 time, and it takes regular UN-blended fuel.

Motocross Suspension?

On my bicycle motocross all the settings are neutral or middle (50/50) if you want, but now I notice that over the rough sections where it is your bike all the kicks on the spot as mine is struggling more than others by the looks things. (more braking bumps, etc.) This can be changed via the (Honestly, it's just crazy ... and I'm doing everything correctly with the power range on in 4th gear and it is wild) haha. I'm leaning on the back, shaking the tank ... But if I did it more difficult for would I change it back to how it was for other conditions such as wet? Is this desirable? Not porlbme if I do I write the number clicks as you turn to? Thank you

The East is always the best place to start. as far as lifting the bike in the rough says you need to slow the rebound damping. You rear suspension will also be affected by your front lot. I would like to try the items you complain by making slight adjustments rebound 2 clicks and see if it helps. And yes, you can adjust to different conditions. That's why you see the pros with the stickers with the settings on the fork tubes and the reservoir. Read up on the suspension and how it works, there is a site that is very detailed, but I do not remember what it was. I found a link from my account about thumper.

Motorcycle Racing?

I was wondering. You have these motorcycle riders. They look tight turns - the bike is like 35 degrees on the ground and on their knees are touching. Crazy. It is correct for the knees to at least skim the road, accidentally, or if they come into contact will they fly? Because in other to touch the ground to a halt, this part of your body will be to stop momentarily. Therefore I think they would crash. But how did they touch the ground?

Yes man, it's like one track, the road is normally covered in potholes, people Deisel and old. Here: http://www.someoneelseslife.com/images/6.jpg is a pic of a dude get his knee in the road.
