I have traveled many bikes and I just bought This brand new Vulcan. I love the bike, The only problem is, it's a new model so there is little or no accessories out there yet. Yes, I had the same bike back in January. But since I am, about 800 miles on this subject I have not done any mods. Most of the basic stuff is already out, make sure you select Vulcan 900 but do not expect the word CUSTOM anywhere. The three Vulcan have exactly the same on the engine and all three use almost the same parts (exhaust, fuel management and kits air). I actually get ready to upgrade the exhaust system perhaps a Cobra and Cobra fuel Managemet. The next would be the kit assembly of the air and he should do. kawasaki exhaust?
My wife has a 2007 Kawasaki Vulcan 900, it wants its high pipe, but it doesent need the power of a commander power. Am I obligated to put a power commander on just because I change the muffler? Is there a slip muffler that will give better with all its dyno tuning?
I do not have any direct experience with the Vulcan 900, but I have owned and worked on several other Vulcans, and found that Vance and Hines pipes make a loud noise of Nice, without being excessively loud. You should be able to change only the uncoupled adding a Power Commander, but you must keep an eye on the spark plugs for the first few thousand miles to make sure you do not too skinny.
How do I find the value of some gently used Harley Davidson accessories (leather bags, etc.)?
