Do YAMAHA motorcycles realationship A POOR CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT?
Is it true that the bikes were Yamaha CRM poor? and spare parts cost by bit?. they are opening bike stations in ten major cities such as Hyderabad. yes, Yamaha will return with his 125cc Yamaha Gladiator SS & RS?
Yamaha Motor Corp. is a huge undertaking. Like most large companies, they can seem a little distant from the user final. I own a Yamaha 23 'jetboat twin and 5 motorcycles and a quad. The products are great and if you maintain them properly, you will years of enjoyment. If you fail to maintain them and then try to turn to the manufacturer to resolve the problem that you created, you may find yourself in a difficult situation. They offer a good warranty program for many of their products. If you believe in security, then I suggest you consider one. Their parts Parts are not really expensive compared to other major manufacturers. If you use the Internet to your advantage, you can find parts for Yamaha, reasonalbe cost. There are also many aftermarket suppliers in manufacturing parts for Yamaha products. If you need to contact their people, customer service, just treat them like you want to be treated - fairly, and I think you get the answer you need. I still have.

How the exhaust pipes motorcycle made?
I write a presentztion for college and need information on how a motorcycle exhaust pipe is made of this material to mandrel bend
There are dozens of ways that pipes are made. Standard OEM systems manufactured from mild steel machine stamped welded at the seams, race systems manufactured hand from titanium tubes. Generally, headpipes after sales are made from; mild steel (which may be chrome plated, coated ceramic, or left early), stainless steel or titanium. Mandrel bending is required. Some systems have also inserts a membrane to change the ID of the pipe at various critical points. Some pipes are inserted - smaller inner tube of a "pretty" outer tube chrome - this happens on OEM systems for many models. This information is for four-stroke engines, two strokes require systems cone with expansion chambers. Of course, this is just the specific information headpipe alone - the exhaust would be included in a complete exhaust system, and it would take me a week to give you any details on the various configurations of exhaust bike!
