Where can I buy a pair of ladies / girls walking black / / work or snow boots biker / goth?

I am looking for a pair of ladies black hiking / snow / biker / goth ankle boots by Skechers they have broken up a shoe with rollers and clips like that thread through Laced ankle clasps then just normal for the laces to get behind. I think they might be a pair Earie (not sure how earlier because I saw them on Ebay, but my internet server was down before the auction. I searched everywhere on the internet for them, but no joy can someone tell me what style they are called or where to get? if anyone recognizes what boots I try to describe. Thank you Donna.
